Meal Planning

So, I am back to drinking protein shakes every day.

Start the day with one of those and then a Zone Protein bar with my coffee.
Lunch today was hard boiled eggs, hummus and these mini spelt probiotic crackers I found.
Snacks this afternoon will be greek yogurt and also some nuts. Not a lot about 15 of them. Lots of water.
Don't know about dinner yet.
